[OT] Trying to find a graphics card - any recommendations?

After obtaining a couple of nice 19" CRT monitors at the weekend my
main PC
is now running 1600 x 1200 over its screens rather than 1280 x 1024 and my
graphics card just isn't up to the job.

All I need is 2D and video playback ... 3D and gaming are things that I
just
don't ever have a need for and so aren't important to me.

Basically what I need is:

1) The ability to run 1600 x 1200 @ 75Hz on both displays at the same time.

2) The ability to run full screen video at that resolution on *EITHER*
display without running into refresh rate issues. (I have a couple of cards
that - when run dual headed - you can only get video to run on one display,
if you try to run video on the other head then you just get a black box.)

3) I'd rather it were cheap as chips!

Any suggestions?
