Have you set all the buffers within XBMC to maximum?

If you have an intermittent problem it may help.

As wireless is so fickle it may not though...

Can you check the signal level (with a laptop?) now the Wireless Access
point has been moved... Are you using 'g' (54MBps) or 'b'(11MBps.
Changing the channel on your WAP may also help if you have an issue with
interference from neighbouring WAPs...
