Command-E would have been easier !

When I first tried a 'Mac, it was lent to me for the weekend &
delivered
without any instruct-ons at all - I cursed because I couldn't find the
on/off button.   Eventually & pressed a key on the keyboard & I was
away
('dead easy after that, because it's very forgiving & consistent, so
learning works fast & disasters are few) ... the point being it is
event
driven & software managed ... ie: the user decides what he wants &
it
arranges it & looks after all the details & housekeeping ... hence
no
direct-action buttons etc ...

How slow are things under VM ... Classic on the 'Mac was awful (OS9
running on/in OSX, to ease the transition for people) ...
