[OT] Geovision card video format

This is a technical question,

Does anyone know if the Geovison cards capture the entire video signal, i.e
all 625 lines?
I need to be able to extract information in the 'non visible' video lines
from cameras and tapes.

I've had a look around the Geovision site and can't seem to find a
technical
specification
