I'll third that.  IPCop with original Alcatel frog and multiple IPs from
Nildram here.  I've hacked the stock iptables stuff a bit so the real
IPs are routed straight through to the LAN (as opposed to the
NAT-with-forwarding that IPCop wants to do), along with a private NATed
subnet on the same wire for machines that don't need to be accessed from
outside.  Works great.
