It's a free version of the cddb database.
They have an API that you can call against, and use the CD ID number to
look up the details. (last time I checked, they have some VB6 source
too!)
Getting the main site while it's up of course... That's another matter
entirely ;) That link is a mirror, and doesn't have the API info on it.
Normally, it isn't an issue.
