Assuming the same kind of mounting as the GU10 bulbs we have at work, if
you
push up against the front glass (it's quite thick) with your fingers you
should be able to then turn the bulb far enough by hand to get it to
release
from the holder - otherwise if you find your fingers slip on the glass then
try wearing a Marigold type glove...
I change the GU10 bulbs at work just by twisting them with my middle and
index fingers.
