Even with notification, the work still needs to be inspected if its in the
kitchen or bathroom and a certificate needs to be issued but don't get me
started on this ridiculous new law. Like many of the governments 'new'
idea's its the competent and law abiding citizens who suffer as the cowboys
that are supposed to be targeted by this will just continue on as normal.
