I know the sort of thing you mean but I dont think I have seen that one. It
is nine years since I stopped being a "telephone engineer" so it
has
probably been introduced since then.

My last 9 years at BT had very little to do with phones. All my work was
PC/Intranet based although for the last couple of years I did get a bit
closer to phones as I worked on one project that involved Video Phones and
another that dealt with Call Centre systems.
