It's a blue box (I think previous incarnations were black) about 3/4 the
size of an XBox...
Has an LCD screen and a handful of buttons...
Used by field engineers (up poles etc.) to run various tests: TDR,
insulation, loop, etc.
Anyway, just thought I'd ask as that's what this question relates to.
