OT?!? maybe...person tracking video recording

firstly my apologies thats a pants subject but couldn't figure how to
word it!

What I want to do is have a video camera setup that can track me as I
move about and record me.

now im sure something must exist but im sure it must be horrendously
expensive.

Lots of applications for this I guess but I'd like to use it with a
camera on the beach tracking me whilst kite surfing!!

So maybe some kind of transmitter/tracking device attached to me
whilst camera tracks me.......control of zoom on camera be great too!

Im sure this is probably not do able with my budget but be real
interesting to even find any solution!!
