Which Set Top Box for Tivo?

Because my TV has an inbuilt Digital Decoder, I need an additional box
to feed my Tivo video to allow us to watch one program and record another.
I've seen a few mentions of this or that STB does or does not work with
Tivo.
So, knowing that many of you have a Tivo, which STBs definitely work
with Tivo (and which don't)?
