Yes I have 2 x 1A 8 Channel dimmers and 2 x 2A 4 Channel Dimmers

all output channesl are protected with MCB=B4s=20
I use 1A and 2A Chint MCB=B4s from http://www.thefusecompany.com/

have had a number of bulbs both regular and 220V halogen blow and=20
trip an MCB, als had a 12v transformer blow and trip an MCB.
Never had any damage to the dimmer channels

guess those MCB=B4s wear a good investment :)
