We do try to make it obvious by the line of bigger, blacker text on the
descriptive page that says "The USB version requires the following
driver to
be downloaded."...
...mind you, it's scary just how many people also don't see the big note on
the page for the Sky Remotes that say it has to be programmed for your TV
and just send 'em straight back with a snotty note telling us they're
faulty
and don't adjust the volume! :-)

OK - If it doesn't work via the serial port then its *POSSIBLE* that the
CM12 itself is faulty...
