Well they do still try.  It's a bit like a traffic cop trying to catch
speeding motorists - he can nab one or two but everyone else just roars
on by.  I got clobbered last year for an telescope/digital camera
adapter that I ordered from a company in Florida.  By the time the VAT,
import duty and Parcel Force's excessive "handling" fee had been
added,
it would have been slightly cheaper to have bought it here.  Still, yer
takes yer chance...
