I just wouldn't want you to pay extra for a "hard" mod when it
only had
a "Soft" mod done.

But if you only plan to use it for that, it should work fine either
way... The 256K bioses work great, but you won't be able to move to one
of the newer, more feature rich 512K or 1Mb bioses.

But, if you aren't a tweaker and just want a media player, that doesn't
matter either.

What's the problem with the BIOS being changed? I only want it for XBMC
