How do you (really) get 3 stereo pairs from one soundcard?

A while back there were discussions about using KX Project drivers to
get 3 stereo pairs from one soundblaster audigy card. Well I've done
that and have, currently, 2 pairs feeding into my multiroom amp.

Only problem is... I bought 3 pairs of QED 3.5mm jack to 2 phono
interconnects. Fine except that the 3.5mm jack plug barrel is pretty
wide and 3 will not fit next to each other into the soundcards outputs
(not enough space between the card outputs to allow for the width of
the plug barrels side-by-side). So I have 2 pluged into alternate
holes with the middle one effectively out of commission. Argh!

I know others of you do something similar or even use 5/7.1 outputs
so... what (reasonably decent quality) slim barreled interconnects do
you use (and where do you get them)?
