OK, the Outlook plugin is now installed and working!

Installation was not smooth, but thanks to help from James it's all
sorted now (some support files missing on my machine).  The work
that's gone into this app must be huge.

I'm not sure what the guys plans are for SB/xAP Tel but it would be
great if this combination was released as a single package for an easy
install.  I really think more people would get involved if they could
see this working.
