Darren,

We have both the 90mm version and the new 120mm version of the Zalman
and the 120 is HUGE and HEAVY. Finding enough space to fit it is an
issue in any HTPC type case. If you're bothered about weight Zalman
also do an Al-Cu version of the 90 mm which is lighter and fine for
cooling unless you're heavily overclocking your CPU.

I did some investigation of Peltier technology about 6 months ago and
came to the conclusion that unless you are seriously overclocking your
CPU there were better options.
