Less so a problem more of a hassle
If you have control of the domain then of cause just change the
nameservers
If you don't and you isp registered your domain on your behalf then you
need to request for a change though nomninet, if it is .uk address -
there is a cost for his.
It is always better if you can get the isp to change the tag.

What is your domain? If it is registered directly to you then you can
move it to another ISP. Otherwise, you have a problem.
