Speaking with Scott, for 26 plates and associated modules he can do a=20
price of:

=A31.39 + VAT for the 4 port shuttered plate (their ref MT50-4000)
=A30.96 + VAT for the CAT5e UTP jack (their ref RJ45PZ5WE)

This equates to =A35.16 + VAT per plate which is a great saving.
