How small is small? There's the Pure Evoke, which isn't tiny, but it's
the smallest I can think of (disclaimer - I have a vested interest in
people buying Pure kit ;-)

The new pocketdab 2000 is small, and does FM, but no external speaker.
Perhaps you could use it with some of those speakers designed for use
with an ipod?
