Going by what I was shown, no ... There was some little goit happily
blipping about on a scooter around where I was sat talking with my friend
and as cars went past you could see it picking out their plates however
each
time he went past the system gave out a "bong" and popped up the
registration, a short vehicle description and a message saying no
insurance.

Probably - however if it gets unsafe cars or uninsured drivers off the
roads
then as far as I'm concerned stick 'em all over! There are frequently APNR
"hit squads" at the Hook junction on the M3 and I always whip
through there
at 80ish.
