Could you ask for the codes for a Pioneer 503HDE

Although they give out the MXE serial codes they refuse to give out
serial format forthe HDE

If you don't have any luck within a few days then I have a friend on the
inside at Pioneer who I can ask - he's just a little difficult to nail
down!
