Indeed - Lack of willingness to spend it usually results in more of it!!

Which says a lot for those with lots of it . . . . . . .

Anyway, back on topic,

I've got a few X10 devices controlling the garden lights. Three LD11's (DIN
mounted dimmers) at the end of a 200M run of SWA work fine whilst another
two at the end of a 50M run of SWA (which follows exactly the same run as
the 200M length but stops short) don't work. I can't see any reason why
except it's X10.

So, if you are putting in a load of circuits for the garden, try them
before
you bury the cable, you may have to change the locations around a bit to
get
them to work.

I'm probably going wireless LON next year to overcome that problem!
