Hi Phil,

You could try the guys at www.quietpc.com - they have quite a few silent
motherboard heatsinks:

I've replaced the Northbridge heatsinks on a few Abit KT7A boards in the
past, as I found they tended to use cheap and nasty fans that didn't
last very long. I'm sure they should have something for the KV7.
