I would have thought that at that price, no, they are not. I've been
stung buying cheap cctv cameras, and they suck ass. I bought a cheap
webcam from work (about 4 quid I think they were) and I might as well
have just drawn a self portrait it was that bad. Luckily, some dumbass
stole it, so I didn't have throw it away.
Ask Ant about his experiences with cheap cctv too, he'll echo my findings.
