NTL free speed upgrade, not seen it mentioned

I've not seen it mentioned on the list, but NTL are letting people
upgrade speed for free..... not sure whether it's all optional or
whether they plan to move everyone at some point, but I just upgraded
from 750k to 2M for free :-D (although there is a 30 gig a month cap)
