It was emailed directly to me - probably because I entered my details on
there web site at some stage or maybe support call email addresses were
collected - not sure.

Looks like v7 software can be used on older hardware but a new 'dongle'
will be needed - bit of a pain! What we don't know yet, is if this dongle
will be chargeable (or even if the upgrade to v7 will be chargeable).
