That's a shame Roger - and damned naughty of barclaycard!
IIRC, there was about 3 or 4 people out of about 25ish still hanging on for
their refunds but Ozan had started his "there is no money"
malarky again and
I urged people to threaten to file a small claims action as I did, which is
what resulted in so many people getting money from him as a "good
will"
gesture from the man himself, rather than an admission of any monies
actually being owed.
