The answer is "maybe" ;)
It could be a redirection in the page- eg the sort where you see one page
and get told you will be redirected in a minute.
It could be php or asp code for example redirecting you at the server
It could be something set up in the webserver to do it....
Or it could be something else I've missed ;)
Al are quite simple to set up though.
