If it's any help, this one definitely works with BT caller ID using WinXP:

(So long as it's the "3025C" model using the Conexant chipset -
they all
seem to be when I see them).
Unfortunately, the linuxant driver for it doesn't seem to support UK
caller ID. The developers seem to be terminally inept and apparently
aren't capable of fixing it. They say it should work if the Windows
driver works, but when you send them debug information they say "Oh,
that's odd" and then kind of wander off... Grrr.
