Asterisk - bulk creation of extension

Good morning,

Ok so I setup an Asterisk@home server and have done some test calls
between extensions running x-lite, all with positive results.

I now need to create around 50 extensions.  Is there a way to script
this, or import from some sort of file, rather than using the web panel?
