Thanks - I am looking at IP Cams at the moment - see next email :)

I've managed to accumulate 3 or 4 usb webcams somehow(!)
I've never even tried them under linux so I don't even know if they work.

If I could have easily done USB over cat5 then it'd be worth a shot...
