Win2003 Modem problems

Can anyone help with this.

I'm having trouble getting modems to work on Win2003 server - standard
edition.

I'm using Paul Smith VPOP server with its faxserver element, which cant
seem
to recognise the modem properly.

I think it is due to Win2003 always using standard modem rather than
specific ones. My usual modem is a US Robotics 56k Sportster faxmodem, but
there seems to be no drivers for 2003, and its always recognised ok by
windows, but the just installed as a standard modem.

Tried another generic type modem, 2003 spotted it as a 56k Voice Fax Modem,
but then again installed as standard.

Does anyone know of a standard modem that comes with 2003 drivers. I did a
google and couldnt come up with anything....

Help appreciated.

Dean.
