Noel,

We have found two ways to do this out-of-the-box (btw, not sure what a
Red Rad/io screen is - but assume you are refering to a TabletPC).
You can use Ademco Galaxy alarm panel and Galaxy Gold32 software. You
need to load the software in each PC you want to use - ie is not
browse/java friendly. This is the option we normally go for because
Ademco Galaxy has all the police/NACOSS certifications - ie. is pretty
secure. With time you can also build your own java interface - alas
we have yet to find a client prepared to pay for this extra feature.
Another route is to use Clipsal HomeMinder panel and HomeGate
software - alas we have not yet a chance to test this (we bought a
unit some months ago - but is gathering dust, waiting for a slot when
we can set it up). Texecom Premier Panels have an RS232 interface
that allows you to control them from a remote PC - but as far as we
know there is no out-of-the-box software so you have to build your own
software/interface.

Good luck
