In this case  ..no ..there are power circuits at node0 as well....

Normally all circuits would be fed from the internal (node0) point but in
this instance the cooker ? was fed from the main (meterbox outside)
board.........

Assuming the UK Regs allow it ......Dean is the best man to answer your
questions.....
Make sure you check the UK Regs on this....
