Has anyone used / implemented any of the qprox switches?

What about using qprox chips for switching (mp3 players/dvd etc) - I've
been meaning to build this to go behind the tiles, complete with sunken
symbols - would be waterproof at least :D ... along with a motorised
hidden bathroom cabinet (tiled to match the bathroom) that is invisible
until you press a specific tile, at which point it emerges from the
wall...

Then there's the obvious, bath overflow detection, automated bath
filling....

but what you really need is a drying machine - so you can step out of
the shower and get an all over blow..... dry.
