No, don't think so (If I understand you correctly). The Filter clamps
around the incoming Neutral cable. A Live connection of at least 15A rating
is then run from the CU back to the filter (to power the circuitry I
guess). It's this Live connection that needs to be protected by the 15A min
MCB. What has me confused is the MIN 15A rating bit - if it's significantly
bigger than 15A, it wouldn't provide much protection I guess?
