Jim,

I got mine (2) when the intial "UKHA - Bargain Alert" came out.

It's not uncommon for the large chains to discount something but only
set up the new price on the computer, and not immediately change the
display material.

To "query", just pick up the box, take it to the till, and say
"can
you price check this for me?".

The I-can't-believe-your-old-enough-to-work-legally boy on the till
(all electrical store employees get promoted to the
can-I-sell-you-a-warranty division on their 18th birthdays) will run
it through and tell you how much.

If he says anything other than =A320, then you simply say "no thanks -
some of your other stores have discounted them to =A320 now - I just
wanted to check whether you were participating".
