I Have the box and bits for that very model here if anyone wants any specs
from it.  I borrowed it from a mate whilst waiting for my LCD tv to turn

Seems to do the job well although ive not had any experience of other TV
cards to compare it with.

Google throws up a  few hits on "TV7134" inlcuding a thread about
someone
getting it to work with MythTV (eventually)
