How "managed" do you actually want your dns? Unless you are
changing it
very regularly, then you may not need a separate paid for service -
certainly we are not adverse to making the odd change for clients, and I'm
sure other hosters around here wouldn't be too put out either....
If you DO however, dnsmadeeasy.com are good - and fast too. $29 for their
top package IIRC...
