I used to recommend Communigate Pro, which really is a spiffing
product, but they have changed the licencing terms to make it highy
unattractive, so I no longer recommend it. I also dont recommend
mdaemon, which is well better than ok, till it breaks, and then you
discover what their support is like.
I also dont recommend that you roll your own on Linux, unless you have
far too much time on your hands.
Which means there is a bit of a problem in that that there are no
really decent mail server programs out there.
