No experience of them but a quick opinion....

A quick look at the page you quote shows that they operate at
frequencies between 4 and 20 MHz. X10 is 120kHz so the two would
probably coexist however given the problems people get with X10
caused by mains filters in equipment to meet the EMI regs, any
device that attenuates a 120kHz signal would absolutely crucify a
higher frequency.
