I can second the Ily beans. Best espresso bean I've found yet for my
Gaggia.

which
I can copy ofr you - I also have the Gaggia intreactive training CD Rom for
the professional Barista - everything you need to know. Let me have your
address and I will get a copy of to you.
Great choice, top coffee maker. Ily and Lavazza are best choice for
espresso/beans - Both brands decaffinated is OK - Not for you I understand,
but in case any ladies would like a coffee.
