I'm thinking of getting a large water pistol!

I am a bit annoyed that the neighbours, who live in a flat, have put a cat
flap where the only real destination is our garden, which has been
"owned" by our cat. If you can't sh*t your cat on your own
property you shouldn't have one! I'm pretty easy going, but coming into the
house is not on.
