Hi All,
I've followed this up and found the following
a single phase electricity meter, designed for
installation on 35mm DIN-rail board. The meter complies with
the IEC61036 and the GB/T17215-2002 specifications. It can be
used both in 50Hz or 60Hz AC electricity networks. The
consumed electricity is displayed on a newly developed 6+1
impulse step type register. The meter is also equipped with an
SO contact for convenient monitoring with external equipment.

Frequency: 50Hz / 60Hz
Current: 5(20)A
Power Consumption: < 0,2W
Case :1 module DIN rail
Dim :18 x 90 x 58,5mm (w x h x d)
The pulse value is 1pulse = 1Wh. 30ms duration. At 25Amp load this equates
to a
pulse every 0.6secs.
