Well they obviously haven't been anywhere in the Charnwood Forest / M1-J22
area
of Leicestershire!

I would have thought most of it would be based on RF prediction software.
Having
used it many times for conventional comms I know it can be variable, but
not
this far out.

They have vehicles that drive round and measure signal strength in lots of
places. I think they err on the side of caution when saying you will get a
useable signal.

Better to say you cant get it than say you can and once you buy the
equipment find it doesnt work.
