I am thinking of extending and one problem thrown up is the sacrifice of an
external window in the study.  This is not a show-stopper, but it would be
nice to be able replace what currently is the window with something which
produced light.  I haven't had any further thaoughts than that, but would
be
happy to get suggestions.  Ideally something that isn't going to generate
much heat (as it is in the study and things can get quite warm as is.
