I tried most of the pvr software out there and always come back to using
my trusty tivo. nothing touches it in my view. I have just tested eyetv 610
on a mac which is probably a close second in reliablity and stablity.

Runs on a windows box, supports analogue, DVB-T and starting to support
HD-TV.
I've been running it for about a year without too many problems.
Support forums are very good.
